Payment Policy

We will not charge your credit card until your order has been shipped to you. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All international shipments must be paid for with American Express, US money order, wired funds to our account (email us for routing and bank numbers) or a certified check payable in US funds. Shipping All shipping is based on Monday through Friday and does not include weekends or holidays.

 

Exchanges – We will gladly exchange any item you receive from our website within 14 days of delivery for free.  Just return your purchase in unworn condition in the original box and enclose a note stating your preference.  Second exchanges will incur a $7.95 restocking fee for shoes or sandals, a $10.95 restocking fee for boots.

Returns – You may also return your purchase in unworn condition in the original box for a full refund within 14 days.  You will be charged a $7.95 restocking fee for shoes or sandals, a $10.95 restocking fee for boots.  Additional shipping fees are not refundable.
